Michal joined Luthi + Co in 2016 and stayed with us as an Associate after she completed her Internship and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2016.
Michal takes part in complex intellectual property litigation and prosecution cases with respect to patents, trademarks, commercial torts and other related areas, with an emphasis on patent litigation relating to pharmaceutical and chemical products and processes. Michal also handles prosecution and registration of intellectual property rights, namely trademarks and designs, before the Israeli Patent and Trademark Office.
During her studies, Michal represented the Hebrew University and participated in WIPO’s Advanced Intellectual Property Research Forum in Geneva. Michal was also chosen to take part in two exchange student programs at ESADE Law School in Barcelona (LL.B.) and at Sciences Po Law School in Paris (LL.M.). While studying in Paris, Michal additionally worked at OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development).
