Sarit, who joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2003, has in addition to her degree in law also an MBA from Tel Aviv University (Cum Laude). These additional academic qualifications allow Sarit to provide the firm’s clients, in addition to Intellectual Property litigation services, also high-end commercial insights into the management and utilization of their IP assets and interests.

Over the last 22 years, Sarit has been a team-member and a leader in many major IP litigation cases, involving a broad range of technologies. Sarit has been involved in creating important precedents in Israeli IP law and in managing the largest IP case ever heard in Israel, which involved complicated scientific and commercial issues.

Sarit played a central role in obtaining favorable resolutions for many of the firm’s Israeli and foreign clients, by conducting litigation and commercial negotiations in Israel and by assisting and directing foreign teams in litigating parallel cases in the US and Europe.
